This recipe is delicious! The meat comes out moist and filled with TONS of flavor. It’s very easy and all seasonings are to taste, so it’s very easy to customize it to your family’s tastes.
1 turkey breast
fresh ground black pepper
other seasoning (try Hidden Valley ranch dressing mix. I usually use Mrs. Dash)
Slice onion and place on the bottom of the crockpot. Remove skin from the turkey. Season well with all seasonings (avoid salt; it will dry out the meat). Cook on low for 8 hours.
Cheesy broccoli, turkey, and stuffing bake.
1.25 cups boiling water
4 Tbs butter or margarine, melted
4 cups Herb Seasoned Stuffing
2 cups cooked broccoli cuts
2 cups cubed cooked turkey or chicken
1 can 10.75 oz Cream of Celery Soup
.5 cup milk
1 cup shredded cheddar
1. Mix water and butter. Add stuffing. Mix lightly.
2. Spoon into 2-quart shallow baking dish. Top with broccoli and turkey.
3. Mix soup, milk, and .5 c cheese and pour over turkey mixture. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
4. Bake at 350*F for 30 minutes or until hot.
