1 jar roasted red peppers (I use a 7 oz jar)
1/2 white onion, diced
2 cups sour cream
1 cup mayo
8 oz cream cheese (optional, makes a slightly chunkier dip)
hot sauce (optional, to taste)
Chop red peppers. Combine mayo, cream cheese, and sour cream. Add other ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate several hours to let the flavors develop.
This dip is great with carrot sticks, potato chips, pita chips, celery, broccoli, snap peas, whatever!!
