Upside Down Pizza (Gere Goble)

UPSIDE-DOWN PIZZA

1 1/2 pounds ground beef

1 onion, chopped

15-ounce can pizza sauce

1/2 teaspoon oregano

1/2 teaspoon garlic salt

8 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 eggs

1 cup milk

1 tablespoon oil

1 cup flour

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Brown ground beef and onion; drain. Add pizza sauce, garlic salt and oregano.

Put mixture into a greased 9- by 13-inch pan. Sprinkle with mozzarella. Add any toppings you may want, such as pepperoni, sausage, bacon, green peppers or mushrooms.

In a small bowl, mix eggs, milk, oil and flour. Pour over meat mixture and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Makes 12 servings.
